Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Hey lovelies, YES I know it's been AGESSSSS since my last post...I've been so caught up with schoolwork and other priorities that I just have not had ANY time to post over the last few months. Anyway, I'm back now with my first ever RECIPE to make up for my absence!! I know it’s a veryy simple one, but boy, it's delicious, nutritious and so filling.

Byron Bay

Recently, I went on a road trip to Byron Bay for a few weeks and it was AMAZING. With all the health food, good vibes and beautiful beaches I felt right at home. Having traveled to the North Coast many times I couldn't wait to go again, and it definitely did not disappoint.

Being vegan

As you may know, I have recently become a vegan. Many people such as my friends and family have been supportive, but have not been able to see why I want to live the kind of lifestyle that I am. However, even though it has been a short time, I am already feeling really good about what I am eating and the minimal impact that it is having on our Earth and animals. 


POSITIVITY


During the fourteen years I have been on this planet, I have definitely learnt a thing or two (or three) about the importance of staying positive. Staying positive keeps your physical and mental health strong and without a doubt makes you feel better about not-so-good situations.

FRUIT AND VEGGIESSSS!




As a vegan, it has become clear to me that fruit and vegies are soooo important to include in a balanced diet. Living on predominantly plants and raw ingredients, fruit and vegies have become major components in my diet. I absolutely love snacking on delicious fruits such as passion fruit, bananas, apples, dragon fruit and much, much more! Not to mention yummy vegetables like carrot, rocket salads and avocado. Fruit and vegies are extremely beneficial to digestion and overall health, and also provide natural energy for your brain, and are great for your skin. They will give you an amazing natural glow (to make yourself even more beautiful) and will just make you feel so much better overall. So, next time you go for a junk food snack, think twice and opt for an apple or some carrot sticks instead...(you so won't regret it!)
