FRUIT AND VEGGIESSSS!




As a vegan, it has become clear to me that fruit and vegies are soooo important to include in a balanced diet. Living on predominantly plants and raw ingredients, fruit and vegies have become major components in my diet. I absolutely love snacking on delicious fruits such as passion fruit, bananas, apples, dragon fruit and much, much more! Not to mention yummy vegetables like carrot, rocket salads and avocado. Fruit and vegies are extremely beneficial to digestion and overall health, and also provide natural energy for your brain, and are great for your skin. They will give you an amazing natural glow (to make yourself even more beautiful) and will just make you feel so much better overall. So, next time you go for a junk food snack, think twice and opt for an apple or some carrot sticks instead...(you so won't regret it!)
